Jamestown Signs CENTRL Office at San Francisco’s Waterfront Plaza

Jamestown said Monday that CENTRL Office has signed a 34,000-square-foot lease at Waterfront Plaza in San Francisco, complementing the Northern Waterfront’s recent influx of industries to the sub-market with flexible workspace solutions that will serve the area’s growing innovation community. The West Coast-based coworking company, which already operates in Los Angeles, Seattle, Portland and Sacramento, plans to open in early 2026.

“The Northern Waterfront has seen tremendous leasing momentum with innovative, high-growth companies—adding coworking expands our move-in-ready offerings and provides the flexibility these tenants need,” said Alex Schwiebert, West Coast regional market leader at Jamestown.

He continued, “Many of today’s fastest-growing companies, especially in AI, need to occupy space quickly and scale flexibly. By co-locating coworking with furnished suites and traditional offices, we’re creating a complete ecosystem that supports companies at any stage.”

Waterfront Plaza offers tenants contemporary and adaptable workspaces in a campus environment with access to the Embarcadero and views of the San Francisco Bay.
