Jamestown Expands Office Portfolio in San Francisco
Atlanta-based Jamestown, L.P. acquired 55 Francisco, a 145,172-square-foot office building in San Francisco from Lincoln Property Co. and the Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois for reportedly more than $90 million. The acquisition was made on behalf of the Jamestown Premier Property Fund.
The eight-story, Class A office building is located on 1.12 acres in The City’s North Waterfront District. The building is 97% leased to such companies as The RealReal, Pacific Fertility Centers, and Endpoint Clinical.
The property includes an adjacent four-level, 274-stall parking garage that also serves as the primary cruise ship parking deck. Jamestown also owns an adjacent office asset, Waterfront Plaza, a four-building, 297,000-square-foot office complex.
HFF was involved in arranging the transaction.
