Jamestown Closes on Refis for Two Sandy Springs Retail Centers
Jamestown received a $72 million floating-rate loan from accounts managed by KKR to refinance Parkside Shops and Hammond Exchange in Sandy Springs. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the loan.
The properties, which include more than more than 340,000 square feet of space, are on the corner of Roswell Road and Hammond Drive south of City Springs. Whole Foods anchors a long list of tenants, including Marshalls, HomeGoods, Petco, and The Springs Cinema & Taphouse.
Jamestown paid a total of $93.85 million for the properties in 2018.
The Atlanta Business Chronicle reports Jamestown has positioned the property for future mixed-use redevelopment opportunities.
Cushman & Wakefield’s John Alascio was joined by Alex Hernandez, Alex Lapidus, Mitch Rothstein, Nick Scibelli and Mark Gilbert in representing Jamestown in the refinancing.
