James Avery Planning Second HQ in Cedar Park

James Avery Artisan Jewelry plans to build a 35,000-square-foot office headquarters in Cedar Park, TX. The jewelry design company, based in Kerrville, TX, will be placing its second major office operations in Scottdale Crossing Technology Park, owned by TIG Real Estate Services.

The Cedar Park City Council approved an economic development agreement with the company, which involved incentives totaling $507,500. In order to receive the incentives, James Avery’s capital investment in its new headquarters must be at least $13 million by July 31, 2021.

The headquarters will be at 183A Frontage Road and Scottsdale Drive in the north Austin suburb. The company expects to hire 102 full-time employees for the space, and will be looking to fill information technology, retail operations, human resources and customer service jobs.
