Jamba Juice Plans North Texas Relocation

Jamba Juice Inc., the owner and franchisor of Jamba Juice stores, will be relocating its headquarters from Emeryville, CA to Frisco, TX. The company signed a 25,000-square-foot lease in Hall Office Park at 3001 Dallas Parkway in this north Dallas suburb.

The new corporate office will house the company’s operations, sales and marketing, business development, finance, supply chain, human resources and technology departments. Robert Baty and Bill McClung with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Kim Butler, Brad Gibson and Tammy Nellis represented the landlord, Hall Financial Group.
