Jamaica Hospital, Medisys Health Network Buy Queens Office Building for $11M

Jamaica Hospital and Medisys Health Network has bought a boutique office building in Jamaica, Queens, from Top Rock Holdings for $10.5 million.

Located at 143-02 Jamaica Avenue, the 20,865 square feet building includes a usable basement space. Sponsors intend to utilize the property as a medical facility.

The transaction was facilitated by the RIPCO team, led by Michelle Abramov, Greg Batista, Stephen R. Preuss, and Kevin Schmitz. “We have been observing a growing demand in the market from medical businesses seeking to acquire their own buildings,” said Abramov, “This sale provided the buyer with a Class A boutique office building to expand their operations across Queens. The addition of 143-02 Jamaica Avenue will mark Medisys Health Network’s fourth location on Jamaica Avenue.”
