Jam City Relocates HQ in Culver City’s Hayden Tract

Jam City Inc. signed a 40,000-square-foot headquarters office lease to relocate to 3526 Eastham Dr. in Culver City’s Hayden Tract. The mobile gaming company is more than doubling its existing 17,500-square-foot facility that’s located across the street at Eastham Station.

The new space was previously occupied by Disney Digital Network’s Maker Studios. The property includes two single-story buildings that encompass 73,100 square feet.

First Property Realty Corp.’s Gabe Brown represented the tenant. CBRE’s Stan Gerlach and Jeff Gerlach had the listing for the landlord, Beverly Hills-based Pas Trust.

First Property assisted Jam City in facilitating the space build-out and a timely move schedule by coordinating project management, architecture and construction teams. The firm also handled a new sublease agreement for Jam City’s existing space.
