Jamison CEO Jaime Lee Joins Kennedy Wilson as Senior Managing Director

Kennedy Wilson said Wednesday that Jaime Lee has joined the firm as senior managing director of capital markets and real estate investments. Most recently CEO of Los Angeles-based Jamison, Lee joins Kennedy Wilson as the firm continues to expand its investment management platform and deepen relationships with institutional and private capital partners.

In her new role, Lee will help lead capital formation initiatives, strengthen relationships with institutional investors and strategic partners, and help drive investment opportunities across Kennedy Wilson’s global real estate platform.

“Jaime brings an exceptional combination of investment expertise, operational experience and longstanding relationships across both the private and public sectors,” said William McMorrow, chairman and CEO of Kennedy Wilson. “As we continue to grow our investment management platform and expand our capital formation capabilities, Jaime’s proven ability to build partnerships, identify opportunities and navigate complex transactions will be invaluable.”

Lee joins Kennedy Wilson following more than 20 years at Jamison, where she helped transform the company into one of Southern California’s largest privately held real estate owners and developers.
