JAH Realty Snags 100K-SF Lake Highlands Village

JAH Realty LP, a Dallas-based partnership, acquired Lake Highlands Village, a Tom Thumb-shadow-anchored community center and office project in Dallas’ northwest Lake Highlands neighborhood. The buyer snagged the 100,000-square-foot center in a value-add play.

Derek Schuster and Kevin Butkus with Weitzman negotiated on behalf of the seller, which public records list as Iron Point Asset Management of Dallas. The property at 9090 Skillman St. consists of three buildings, with tenants including the UPS Store, several restaurants and medical users.

The new owner is planning to renovate and re-merchandise the 50,000-square-foot building, which is currently 50% occupied. JAH is also working on an office component, which is vacant. William Rosatti at JAH Realty is overseeing leasing.
