JAH Realty Picks up 6th Collin County shopping center

JAH Realty Picks Up Sixth Collin County Shopping Center

The Park West Plaza at Coit Road and Park Boulevard includes more than 190,000 square feet, on a 17-acre parcel. The center is 98% leased with tenants such as Aldi, Elliott’s Hardware, Nadine Floor Company, Cici’s Pizza, Dairy Queen and Fireside Subs.

Besides it being their sixth center in Collin County, JAH Realty’s Graham Irvine says the street has been a hot spot for them, “Park Plaza will make…our third acquisition along Coit Rd. We were attracted to the durable tenant mix at the shopping center combined with the significant traffic along Coit Rd.”

The purchase was financed by a $22.32 million loan from Southside Bank. ASG Real Estate was the seller.

JAH Realty plans to rebrand the shopping center as well as budget for renovations. Park West is company’s 18th acquisition in North Texas cities such as McKinney, Grapevine and the Preston Parkway, also in Plano.
