JAG Management Buys Bensonhurst Chase Bank For $11M 

JAG Management has purchased an 8,000-square-foot Chase Bank located in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. The property was acquired for $10.2 million from Crown 18th Avenue.  

Located at 6501 18th Ave, at the bustling intersection of 18th Ave and 65th St in Bensonhurst. The area is home to several national retailers, including Target, Starbucks, Chipotle, and Five Below. 

Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and facilitated the procurement of the buyer with a team led by Alan Cafiero, Eric Anton, Nelson Lee, David Cafiero and John Horowitz. “This property was no different as our marketing generated several offers. We were able to source a local buyer who saw stable income today as well as significant future upside,” said Cafiero.
