With over 25 years of experience, Castore will focus on corporate projects, emphasizing sustainable design and operational excellence. He will be responsible for optimizing business strategies and project delivery while prioritizing sustainability and stakeholder needs. 

As principal of Technical Architecture, Cook will focus on developer projects, leveraging his knowledge of building construction. He will drive technical excellence and innovation to ensure the success of developer projects. 

Larson, known for her exceptional leadership and project management expertise, will focus on interiors (tenant-driven) projects. She leads the New England Interiors Business Development Group, expanding the design practice and fostering strong client relationships.
