Jacob Sachse Joins Integrated Capital Management

Los Angeles-based Integrated Capital Management (ICM) expanded its team with the addition of Jacob Sachse, who joins the company as Senior Associate. He will be responsible for financial analysis, sourcing deal opportunities, supporting the firm’s real estate transactions and market research.

Sachse brings valuable experience and expertise across various commercial real estate asset types, including retail, office, multifamily, hospitality, industrial and raw land. He comes on board after receiving a master’s degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from USC.

Previously, Sachse spent five years as an Investment Sales Associate at Kennedy Wilson Properties, and successfully completed more than $350 million in commercial real estate transactions. He led the firm’s team in financial analysis, due diligence, risk management and business development.

ICM’s John Carrick says, “[Sachse’s] industry background, combined with his research and analytical skills, will help us in continuing to identify strong commercial real estate investment opportunities across the country in addition to supporting our current portfolio.”

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
