Jacob Odegard Joins Cushman & Wakefield’s MF Brokerage Team
Multifamily specialist Jacob Odegard has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director in Seattle, Washington. With nearly a decade of multifamily advisory experience serving the private capital segment, Odegard specializes in the disposition and acquisition of multi-family assets and development sites in the greater Puget Sound region.
Odegard will be part of a market-leading multifamily brokerage team led by Sam Wayne, Tim McKay, Dan Chhan and Matt Kemper. The multi-member team has closed over 230 sales, totaling approximately 10,000 residential units, including existing and new multi-family development sites. Previously, Odegard worked as a Senior Investment Advisor for Paragon Real Estate Advisors.
