Jacksonville Office Tower Trades for $67M
Miami-based Easton & Associates has brokered the $67 million sale of 841 Prudential, a 20-story office tower in Jacksonville.
Built in 1955, the 500,000-square-foot tower was the city of Jacksonville’s first skyscraper. The building underwent a $6 million renovation in 2018, and is located in the heart of a large medical campus anchored by Baptist Medical Center. At the time of sale, the property was 80% occupied by mostly professional office-use tenants.
Elliot LaBreche of Easton & Associates represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. CBRE advised the seller, Chicago-based GEM Realty.
