Jacksonville Office Park Trades for $32M

Nova Capital Partners acquired Midtown Centre, a 31-building office park totaling 750,176 square feet in Jacksonville for $31.5 million. Located at 3947 Boulevard Centre Dr., the office park is two miles from downtown Jacksonville and is currently 64% leased to a mix of local and national tenants, including multiple government and non-profit agencies.

Robbie McEwan, Manny de Zárraga and Hermen Rodriguez of JLL represented the seller, The Dubon Group, in the transaction.

“Given the unique nature of the deal and the vintage of the buildings, our team executed a creative marketing effort on behalf of the seller,” said McEwan. “We were pleased to be able to deliver results for our client on an asset that required a buyer with a long-term vision and plan.”
