Jacksonville Apartment Complex Sells for $58M

Atlanta-based Centennial Holding Co. acquired The Luxe at Bartram Park Apartments, a 20-building apartment complex in Jacksonville for $57.8 million. The seller was Arium Bartram Park LLC, which acquired the property in 2013 for $38 million.

The complex is located at 13525 Bartram Park Blvd., and was built in 2007. The transaction marks Centennial’s second acquisition in Jacksonville. The company also owns Century Deerwood Park at 8450 Gate Parkway West in Baymeadows.

Centennial Holding Co. is headed by Billy Payne, the former chairman of Augusta National, and head of the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.
