Jackson Village Ready to Bring 1,200 Townhomes to Fredericksburg
A 100-acre parcel in Spotsylvania County, VA — owned by Tradition Companies and financed by Flagstar Bank — is ready to launch its sales and building phase.
The residential portion of Jackson Village at full buildout will include 1,190 farmhouse-inspired townhouses integrated into the rolling hills of the Northern Virginia countryside. Tradition Companies has partnered with K. Hovnanian to complete the first 850 townhomes. Models are expected to open in early 2023, and home sales will follow in mid-2023 with pricing expected to start in the mid $300,000s.
According to Steve DeFalco, founder of Tradition Companies, neighborhood features will include a community center, a cafe, outdoor gathering spaces with a performance area, multi-purpose fields, pickleball courts, dog parks, miles of walking trails, and bike lanes.
Jackson Village is located off Route 1 access to many of Northern Virginia’s employment centers via 1-95 or the Virginia Railway Express.
