Jackson-Shaw to Build Phase II of San Antonio’s CenterPoint Logistics Park

The company is starting to develop Phase II of a 64 acre master-planned industrial park in San Antonio. This phase involves constructing two buildings that account for 416,000 square feet on 36 acres. Each of the buildings features flexible space designed to accommodate office, showroom, manufacturing, distribution and assembly. It includes ESFR fire protection, trailer parking, and plenty of car parking. Building 1 is rear-load, and Building 2 is cross-dock.

Phase I included three buildings, with just over 300,000 square feet under roof. The development is 40% leased.

Jackson-Shaw’s Grant Pearson says the market shows no sign of slowing down, “Following an exceptionally strong 2021, tenant demand in San Antonio industrial market continues to remain robust in 2022.”
