Jackson-Shaw constructing 1.8M SF business park

Jackson-Shaw Erecting 1.8M SF Industrial Park

Jackson-Shaw plans to develop a seven-building, 1.8 million square foot business park in Rowlett. The Lakeview Business District will be on 165 acres and will be built in two phases. The developer financed the development with a $69 million construction loan originated by Bank OZK and Affinius Capital LLC.

Phase I of the development will consist of five buildings totaling more than 1,063,000 square feet of Class A industrial space. Building sizes will range from 88,000 to 417,000 square feet, and construction is set to begin in March. Phase II is 2 buildings totaling +701,625 SF .

Compatriot Capital is the equity partner, Peinado Construction is the general contractor, Pross Design Group is the architect.
