Jackson Lewis Relocates and Expands
Jackson Lewis PC is relocating and expanding one of its Pacific Northwest offices in downtown Portland, OR. The national law firm leased 6,182 square feet on the fifth floor of 200 Market, an 18-story, Class A office tower. Jackson Lewis is expected to take the space in April.
Tom Usher of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portland office, in collaboration with Adam McCostlin and Brian Wyatt of the firm’s Chicago and Baltimore offices, represented the tenant in the transaction. The 400,000-square-foot 200 Market, at 200 S.W. Market Street, is owned by 200 Market Associates LP. The building is co-managed by Russell Development Company and Cushman & Wakefield, both of which have offices on the site.
