Jackson Dearborn Hires Director of Acquisitions

Jackson Dearborn Partners (JDP), a real estate investment and development company based in Chicago, hired Todd Giampetroni as director of acquisitions and asset management. He will lead new initiatives to improve existing operations while growing the portfolio, seeking opportunities in student housing and multifamily.

Giampetroni brings with him nearly 15 years of real estate experience in valuation services, financing, acquisitions, and asset management across multiple product types. Most recently, he served as VP at Lutz Real Estate Investments, where he was instrumental in the acquisition of the firm’s student housing portfolio of nearly 3,000 beds.

“We could not be more excited to welcome Todd to the team. We have known him for many years and not only is his skill set and experience perfectly aligned with our company ambitions, he’s a tremendous cultural fit as well,” says Ryan Tobias, partner and co-founder of JDP.
