Jack in the Box Temporarily Closes 31 Stores
Fast-food chain Jack in the Box temporarily closed the doors of more than 30 Central Texas locations. The move follows defaulted payments of a single franchisee.
The locations, which are now under corporate ownership and undergoing facility maintenance, are scheduled to reopen by the end of May.
Affected restaurants include several spots in College Station, Copperas Cove, Hillsboro, Killeen, Lufkin, Nacogdoches and Waco. Impacted Waco stores are situated at 5125 Bosque Blvd., 725 S. University Parks Dr. and 201 Hewitt Dr.
