J. Scott Adams Named Executive Managing Director for Colliers Virginia, Raleigh

Colliers has appointed J. Scott Adams executive managing director for the company’s Virginia and Raleigh brokerage operations.  Adams will focus solely on leadership of all brokerage operations in the region.

Adams has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry as an investment sales broker, corporate leader, project manager and consultant. Since becoming regional market leader for the company in 2002, Adams been an investment sales broker and has completed investment sales of $1.8 billion of properties, including the recent sale of the World Trade Center in Norfolk.

With the new role, Adams will taper off his investment sales business and work with the firm’s extended investment sales team.
