J.S. International Inks Deal at Southpark Corporate Center 2

J.S. International Shipping Corp. struck a deal with Chicago-headquartered GLP to take down 27,520 square feet at Southpark Corporate Center 2 in Austin. The tenant, which does business as JSI Logistics, is headquartered in Burlingame, CA, and is responsible for providing logistics and supply chain management services.

Ace Schlameus with JLL represented the tenant in negotiations for the space at 4101 S. Industrial Dr. CBRE’s Darryl Dadon represented the landlord. “JS International Shipping’s new lease delivers a logistically-sound location, with easy access to major highways and plenty of room to grow,” Schlameus said.

The Class B building on Austin’s south side delivered in 1996. GLP acquired the 68,800-square-foot asset in 2015.
