J.P. Morgan Real Estate Banking Expands into Seattle

As part of JPMorgan Chase’s commitment to expanding its market presence, the firm hired Kris Kesterke as an Executive Director of the Pacific Northwest within its Real Estate Banking (REB) group. Kesterke will be based in Seattle and report to Alex Mast, REB’s West Region Manager.

With over 15 years of commercial real estate lending experience, Kesterke will oversee business development and relationship management for the top commercial real estate owners, investors, and developers located in the Pacific Northwest from Vancouver, B.C., through Seattle to Portland.

“As a respected leader in the real estate community, I’m thrilled that Kris is joining our strong team, and together, we will continue to bring our industry and local expertise to the Pacific Northwest,” said Mast. Prior to his current role at J.P. Morgan, Kesterke held senior-level positions at two of the largest national financial institutions in their respective commercial real estate lending departments.
