J.C. Anderson Tapped to Renovate 109K SF for Bosch

J.C. Anderson was selected to complete a renovation project for German engineering and technology company Bosch at One Tower Ln. in Oakbrook Terrace, IL.

Bosch selected J.C. Anderson to complete a 92,840-square-foot buildout to the top five floors of the 31-story office building, along with a 15,883-square-foot buildout to a separate commercial asset on the property called “the annex.”

Bosch is relocating approximately 350 employees from its Automotive Aftermarket Division in Broadview to its new space at One Tower Ln. Bosch VP Paul D’Cruz said, “The purpose for this relocation is to have a new space to foster collaboration within our diverse and inclusive culture, providing associates with a work environment that is more accommodating of people’s needs and preferences.”

The J.C. Anderson team is led by Seth Erlich, Andrew Mott, Bob Hickey and Bill Dennison. Whitney is providing architectural services and Cushman & Wakefield is providing project management services.
