J.C. Anderson Hires Senior Estimator

J.C. Anderson (JCA) has hired Brian Vogt to join the team as senior estimator. Vogt joins the estimating team, responsible for estimating/take-offs which incorporate self-performed trades, scope reviews and subcontractor bids. 

In his new role, Vogt will work closely with clients and project teams to establish specific goals and requirements of each JCA project, helping to ensure cost control, value engineering and budget is met through completion. Before joining JCA, he was an account manager with Clarion Construction, Inc., where he worked for nine years.

Vogt brings six years of estimating experience along with account management experience with him to JCA.

About Paul Bubny

Paul Bubny serves as Senior Content Director for Connect Commercial Real Estate, a role to which he brings 13-plus years’ experience covering the commercial real estate industry and 30-plus years in business-to-business journalism. In this capacity, he oversees daily operations while also reporting on both local/regional markets and national trends, covering individual transactions across all property types, as well as delving into broader subject matter. Since 1999, Paul has volunteered as the newsletter editor of passenger rail advocacy groups (one national, one local).
