J.C. Anderson Completes Spec Suites at CBOT Building

J.C. Anderson completed a 32,576-square-foot spec suite build-out for Glenstar at the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) Building. Construction included renovating seven spec suites on the property’s 13th floor as well as the elevator lobby and common corridor.

“This is the third spec suite project J.C. Anderson has completed for Glenstar at this location, with more than 100,000 square feet completed from 2016 to early 2020,” said J.C. Anderson Project Executive Joe Maguire. “We value our repeat clients tremendously and it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with Glenstar once again.”

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by Maguire, Project Manager Larry Regovic and Superintendent Jose Verduzco. MRSA Architects & Planners provided the architectural services.

Located at 141 W. Jackson Blvd. in the Loop, the CBOT Building was built in 1930 and was designated a historic landmark in 1978.
