J.C. Anderson Completes Multi-Floor Buildout for West Monroe
J.C. Anderson has completed a 179,000-square-foot, multi-floor office renovation for West Monroe at 311 W. Monroe St. in the Loop. The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive John Angelovich, senior project manager Matt Kantro and superintendent Darrel Panfil. Garnett provided the architectural services.
Founded in 2002, West Monroe is a national consulting firm with eight offices throughout the U.S. It’s relocating from 222 W. Adams St., where in 2016 J.C. Anderson also completed a build-out for West Monroe.
“This was a relationship that we’ve had and done multiple repeat projects for, so we wanted to continue that relationship, really making sure at the end of the day West Monroe got everything that they wanted,” said Angelovich. “Even with the challenges of COVID-19, the team completed the project on time and under budget.”
