J.C. Anderson Completes Gannett Fleming’s New Space

J.C. Anderson recently completed a 22,000-square-foot, full-floor office renovation project at Sterling Bay’s Two Pru in the East Loop for global infrastructure and engineering firm Gannett Fleming, which relocated from One Pru. Construction included building-out the space to create an efficient and collaborative office space.

The construction team for J.C. Anderson was led by project executive Seth Erlich, project manager Andrew Mott and superintendent Mike Diduch. Eastlake Studio provided the architectural services and Amanda Matthews from Gola Corporate Real Estate Inc. provided project management services for Gannett Fleming’s team, which was led by John Kenny and Beth Barrett.

“There were a number of existing conditions and floor leveling issues we endured, which impacted the overall design,” said Mott. “The team worked together to resolve all of the issues to meet the design intent and complete a successful project.”
