J.C. Anderson Completes Build-Out for New Colliers Offices

J.C. Anderson completed a headquarters build-out for Colliers International, Chicago at 71 S. Wacker Dr. The real estate services and investment management company is relocating its Chicago headquarters from 200 S. Wacker Dr.

The renovation to Colliers’ new space consisted of a build-out over existing raised flooring, a mixture of acoustical and open ceilings, ALUR demountable partitions and glazing, as well as new light fixtures and painting throughout. The construction team was led by Seth Erlich, Andrew Mott and David Panfil. Nelson Architects provided the architectural services.

“The J.C. Anderson team delivered our new office buildout in 71 S. Wacker with utmost professionalism and excellence,” said Colliers’ Jim Carris. “They were amenable to our requests and offered timely and cost-effective solutions when any issues arose. Their streamlined approach really made a difference for us, and we will look to their expertise should we have any future requirements.”
