IXL Learning Applies Its Smarts to HQ Lease Expansion near Research Triangle

Perimeter Park Offices, LP and tenant IXL Learning have completed an agreement that expands the latter’s existing space to 67,780 square feet on the first, third and fourth floors at 1600 Perimeter Park in Morrisville, NC.

The four-story, Class A office building will now serve as the East Coast headquarters for IXL Learning, which produces education technology such as Rosetta Stone.

William Allen and Alex Dunn with commercial real estate firm Trinity Partners represented Perimeter Park Offices, LP. Andrew Peceimer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate and Brian Farmer of Lee and Associates represented IXL Learning, Inc.

Perimeter Park is located is minutes from the Raleigh-Durham International Airport and features tenant engagement events, new fitness center, café and lounge, conference center and pocket park with bocce and a putting green.

Microsoft, UNC Health Care, TrialCard, Syneos Health, Premier Research, Northrop Grumman and Teleflex are Perimeter Park tenants.
