It’s Official: Keurig Dr Pepper Will Relocate to Frisco

For the past several weeks, rumors swirled around the potential relocation of Keurig Dr Pepper, currently headquartered in Plano, TX. The news is now official; the beverage company will move its Texas headquarters from Plano to a new, 350,000-square-foot, build-to-suit leased facility at The Star, located in Frisco, TX. The facility will open in 2021, and serve as one of the company’s two headquarters. The other will be in Burlington, MA.

CBRE helped secure the new location; architect Corgan is handling interior design on the project. Blue Star Land partnered with Lincoln Property Co. and the architectural firm HKS for the building’s exterior design.

Approximately 1,100 employees work in the company’s current location at 5201 Legacy Dr., which it has occupied since 1998.
