It’s Italian Market & Café leased 2,371 square feet at the ground-floor level of Post South Lamar. Post South Lamar, at 1500 S. Lamar in Austin, TX, is a mixed-use residential and retail project near Collier Street and Evergreen Avenue. Weitzman’s Britt Morrison represented It’s Italian. Eric DeJernett and Bryan McMurrey, with CBRE, handled negotiations for the landlord.

The South Lamar location will be the tenant’s second, which will operate as It’s Italina Cucina. The restaurant will offer sit-down lunch and dinner, along with Italian wines, craft beers, coffee, pastas, meats and cheese, and other goodies from Italy. The original It’s Italian Market & Café is in the 7East complex in East Austin.
