Italian Restaurant to Open Third Midtown Location

The Durst Organization has announced that the Italian restaurant Rosemary’s will open a new location at 825 Third Avenue in Midtown.

The restaurant will occupy a 3,000-square-foot ground floor space with indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, and private dining options. The building, which is nearing completion of a full modernization, will also feature the tenant amenity center and an indoor-outdoor space on the 12th floor.

Rosemary’s will offer farm-to-table seasonal fare and is expected to open in late 2023. “New York has a unique opportunity to chart an exciting new course for commercial development that jettisons outdated constraints, humanizes the urban landscape and reestablishes the city as a leader in progressive urban development on the global stage,” said Carlos Suarez, Rosemary’s founder. The new outpost will be the third Rosemary’s in NYC.

The Durst Organization was represented in house by Thomas Bow, Ashlea Aaron, Lauren Ferrentino, and Bailey Caliban. Rosemary’s was represented by David Latman of DLL Real Estate Ltd.
