Italian Design Group Inks Showroom Lease at 99 Madison Ave.

Cushman & Wakefield recently arranged a 19,694-square-foot lease for Boffi|DePadova, a globally renowned Italian design group, at 99 Madison Ave. The tenant will occupy the entire ground floor, mezzanine, second floor and lower level for its flagship showroom.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Kahn, Fanny Fan and Adrienne Gallus arranged the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Windsor Management, and Boffi|DePadova.

“This is one of the largest new retail leases in the Nomad/Madison Square District, which has experienced leasing velocity up 20% over 2019 levels,” said Kahn. “With this lease, Boffi|DePadova will now have one of the largest showrooms in the NoMad Design District, further solidifying the 10-block neighborhood as one of the most important design districts in the country.”

The 99 Madison Ave. flagship space features 75 feet of frontage on Madison Avenue and 100 feet of frontage on 29th Street.
