IT Solutions Provider Makes Move to 295 Madison

Colliers International represented BCM One, a managed-technology solutions provider, in a 10-year lease for 15,875 square feet at Eretz Group’s 295 Madison Ave. The tenant will relocate from 521 Fifth Ave.

Cryder Bancroft and Josh Goldsmith of Colliers represented BCM One in the deal at 295 Madison, built in 1929 as the Lefcourt Colonial Building. A Cushman & Wakefield team of William Fressle, Drew Braver, Eric Hazen, Anthony Cugini and Peter Kerans represented Eretz Group.

“We were very impressed with the overall improvements that ownership made to the building,” said BCM One’s general counsel, Eileen Cohan. “The building’s excellent location and proximity to Grand Central Terminal was a major factor in our decision.”

Eretz Group, which paid about $210 million for 295 Madison in 2013, recently completed a comprehensive capital improvement program. Ownership is building offices with high-end finishes, such as polished concrete floors and glass fronts on offices.
