IT Management Platform Doubles Its Space at 330 Seventh

SaaS operations management platform BetterCloud has doubled its headquarters space at 330 Seventh Ave. The company has signed up for a full floor of 12,850 square feet on top of the full floor it already occupies at the Midtown South office property, for a total of 25,350 square feet.

“We explored other alternatives in the market for BetterCloud’s HQ, but 330 Seventh Avenue proved to be the best option,” said CBRE’s Arkady Smolyansky, who represented the tenant. “The building’s scale can accommodate the company’s current and future growth, and ownership offered us great flexibility in the deal, providing an immediate temporary space that BetterCloud will occupy when its new office is being built out.”

Alphie Toro of GFP Real Estate represented the landlord, Super Nova 330 LLC. Asking rent in the deal was $59 per square foot. BetterCloud has over 2,500 customers in more than 60 countries.
