IT Firm Nagarro Relocates to Fidi with 41K-SF Sublease

Nagarro, an information technology firm, is relocating its New York City offices from Tribeca to the Financial District. The company will move from 30 Vesey Street to a 41,387-square-foot space at 195 Broadway, via a nine-year sublease with Orchard Technologies. Orchard initially leased 107,443 square feet on the 24th and 25th floors of the 29-story building in October 2021.

The asking rent for the sublease at L&L Holding Company’s property is in the low $40s per square foot. Orchard was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Gary Ceder and Peter Trivelas, while Nagarro was represented by CBRE’s Rob Wizenberg and Peter Shikar.

Nagarro operates 16 locations in the U.S., with additional offices in Europe and Asia. Other tenants at 195 Broadway include financial technology firm Payoneer and human resources firm Lattice.
