iSports Training and Performance Center Planned for Cedar Park

iSports Real Estate Development LLC put 15.4 acres under contract at U.S. 183A Toll and Scottsdale Drive, in the Austin suburb of Cedar Park, TX. The developer’s plans are to build an iSports Training and Performance Center, a 157,000-square-foot medical sports retail center. The project is scheduled for a fall 2018 groundbreaking.

Chaparral Ice, one of the region’s leading ice rink operators, has signed on as the development’s lead tenant. In addition to overseeing two regulation-sized National Hockey League ice rinks, Chaparral will also operate an outdoor turf field for soccer, lacrosse and football.

The development is part of Cedar Park’s 120-acre Scottsdale Crossing master-planned industrial park.
“We aim to attract a wide range of businesses that are all connected to fitness and entertainment,” said Eric Perardi with Perardi Development, an iSports partner along with Thrive FP and Johnson Trube & Associates.
