Irving $455M Wells Fargo Project Tops Out

The much-anticipated new Wells Fargo building in Irving has reached a symbolic milestone, signifying it’s about halfway done. Workers have “topped off” the project, reaching its highest point. The $455 million, two-tower project is expected to wrap up in late 2025. The campus will include 10-story buildings and is expected to house somewhere around 3,000 Wells Fargo employees. Several Wells Fargo offices in the DFW area will be consolidated in Irving.

KDC Real Estate Development & Investments is overseeing the 22-acre office complex that will also include a gym, walking and bicycle trails, golf courses, a food hall and a library.

Dallas-based architecture firm Corgan designed the facility and Austin Commercial is the general contractor. The Dallas Business Journal reports the office towers are across the street from the Toyota Music Factory which is in the middle of $30 million in renovations. The first phase of work, expected to take about a year, will include upgrades to the plaza with a new outdoor stage and storefronts.
