JPI building 319-unit Grandscape apartment community in Irving

Irving-Based Developer to Get Going on 319-Unit Multifamily Project

JPI is building Grandscape, which will be inside a $1.5 billion, 433-acre mixed use planned community with the same name. The large, mixed-use project is owned by Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway. The rental project is in Irving, near State Highway 121.

Construction is expected to start any day with the first units available in spring 2024.

JPI claims to be one of the biggest apartment builders in North Texas. The developer currently owns or is building more than two dozen rental communities with 8,650 units in Texas and Southern California.
