Newmark Arranges Leases for Two New Restaurants at Lakeshore in Irvine

Irvine’s Lakeshore Snags Two New Restaurant Tenants

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations and TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar have signed leases and are opening locations in brand new facilities at the Lakeshore mixed-use campus in Irvine, CA. Newmark Associate Director Vanessa Brown represented Daily Dose Hospitality, the company behind both restaurant concepts.

“It has been great working with the team at Daily Dose to bring these exciting new locations to fruition,” said Brown in a news release. “The beautiful campus at Lakeshore with both indoor and outdoor space will be the perfect location for both restaurant concepts.”

Bosscat Kitchen & Libations is a modern whiskey-focused eatery and will occupy 5,000 square feet in the center of the business park. TEN Sushi + Cocktail Bar spans 2,800 square feet with an outdoor patio. Both eateries are relocating from their previous location in Newport Beach, CA. The new facilities at Lakeshore were built by Platinum X Construction.
