Irvine Spectrum Center’s $200M+ Addition Nets 30 Retailers, Restaurants
There’s still time to join us at Connect Retail West this week. The conference is being held on January 25th at the Hurley Surf Club Pacific City in Huntington Beach, CA. Here’s where to get more information and register.
Irvine Company is adding more than a dozen new retailers to the mix at Irvine Spectrum Center as part of its $200-million reinvestment in the property. The centerpiece of the improvement includes four new buildings on the southeastern edge of the center set to house 30 new stores and restaurants.
Irvine Company Retail Properties’ Butch Knerr says, “We’ve pinpointed retailers that complement our current offerings, bringing energy and individuality to Irvine Spectrum Center, including coveted Orange County brands. Expect grand openings and big reveals throughout 2018 that reflect trends both globally and locally.”
The first wave of tenants since construction began last year on the 137,000 square-foot area include:
– Hello Kitty Café
– H&M’s two-story 43,536-square-foot California flagship
– 85°C Bakery Café
– Stance socks
– Falasophy
– Gorjana jewelry
– BLK Coffee
– Afters Ice Cream
– Perverse Sunglasses
– The Denim Lab
– SST&C Italian menswear
– Soha Living
– Concrete Rose shoe boutique
– Robata Wasa
– Sephora is expected to join the mix next year, when it opens its SoCal flagship at the center.
