Irvine Leases 113K-SF at 300 North LaSalle

Irvine Company has seen continued leasing momentum at 300 North LaSalle, with an additional 113,000 square feet recently leased. Global law firm White & Case LLP has leased 64,000 square feet and will occupy two and a half floors in the 60-story riverfront building.

“Our strong leasing activity highlights the continued flight to quality and the ever-growing importance of choosing not only where your company works, but who your landlord is,” said Roger DeWames, President of Irvine.

White & Case joins other tenants, including International law firm Crowell & Moring, which signed a 50,000-square-foot lease at 300 North LaSalle earlier this month. The new leases come as Irvine Company completes a $30 million reinvestment plan at 300 North LaSalle and a $10 million reinvestment plan at One North Wacker.

“Our Chicago office continues to go from strength-to-strength, and working closely with Irvine Company, our new space reflects this growth. It will serve as a point-of-entry in the Midwest market to the full array of preeminent legal services that we provide to clients around the world,” said White & Case’s Chicago Office Executive Partner Matthew Devine.
