Irvine Dealership Sells After a Decade on the Market
After sitting vacant for a decade, 11 Auto Center Dr. in the Irvine Auto Center recently sold for $10.6 million. The 48,000-square-foot auto dealership property was on the market during that 10-year period to no avail, until recently.
This is when MGR Real Estate Inc.’s CEO/founder and Lynn Yangchana, MGR vice president, collaborated with Edward Djang, attorney and broker, to represent the seller. The buyer was undisclosed.
The Auto Center Drive property previously featured new and used car dealerships of major auto brands. The property consists of three building areas on an approximately 3.04-acre lot and was built in 1986.
