As the economy continues to re-open and companies return to the office, the third and final phase of Irvine Company’s Spectrum Terrace is underway. Spectrum Terrace is an outdoor amenity area designed to foster collaboration and innovation. The design includes poolside cabanas and seating areas for meetings and casual team gatherings.
The final phase features three four-story buildings totaling more than 345,000 square feet. Construction is anticipated to be completed by August 2022.
Spectrum Terrace is currently 80 percent leased to companies such as Alteryx, CoStar Group, iHerb, Kajabi and RSM.
“Spectrum Terrace is a glimpse into the future of the workplace, offering amenities that inspire innovation and growth with ample indoor-outdoor work and gathering space that takes advantage of our climate and promotes wellness,” said Jonathan Brinsden, president, Irvine Company Office. “Spectrum Terrace creates a sense of place through amenities and experiences that don’t exist anywhere else in Southern California, exceeding even those found on campuses of global technology companies.”
