Irvine Company Wraps-Up Phase 3 of Spectrum Terrace

The Irvine Company has completed Phase Three of Spectrum Terrace, an all-glass, nine-building, 1.1-million-square-foot office development within the Irvine Spectrum in Irvine, CA. The latest phase of the state-of-the-art project consists of three four-story buildings totaling 345,000 square feet.

Spectrum Terrace is designed for how teams work best, according to the Irvine Company website, including indoor-outdoor experiences, resort-like amenities, vast outdoor spaces and elevated workplace wellness. The just-completed phase features The Terrace Pool (pictured), a gathering area with meeting-ready cabanas and poolside refreshments.

Other amenities at Spectrum Terrace, located on Laguna Canyon Road at the I-405 and Freeway 133 interchange, include The Commons, an open space area with a fitness center; Terrace Kitchen + Bar featuring upscale dining options, a coffee bar and wine and craft beer; and Venue, a meeting space with foldable glass doors that open up the room to the outdoors.
