Irvine Company Executes 300K-SF of Leasing Activity at Chicago Collection

Irvine Company Office Properties recently signed 27 leases totaling more than 300,000 square feet of space at a trio of Chicago office buildings. The transactions were completed at its “Chicago Collection,” which includes One North Wacker, 300 North LaSalle and 71 South Wacker, three of the seven trophy buildings that help define the downtown Chicago Class A+ skyline.

Among the notable leases were:

– Barnes & Thornburg 98,000-square-foot expansion for law firm at One North Wacker
– Quarles & Brady 100,000-square-foot expansion and extension for law firm at 300 North La Salle
– Consolidated Trading LLC 10,000-square-foot lease for trading company at 71 South Wacker

The Irvine Company recently added two of its signature amenities to the Chicago Collection. They included the Commons, a WiFi-enabled space for employees to work, meet, innovate or simply take a break; and Kinetic, a fitness and wellness studio.
